RAGHUNATH SAPURAM, CTO

Raghunath Sapuram is Chief Technology Officer and a Gravitant^® Board member. He is a technology veteran with 26 years of experience in software product development, delivery and research. At Gravitant, Raghunath’s responsibilities include product technology strategy, strategic technology/business alliances, solution delivery and product innovation (R&D).

 

As part of Gravitant Consulting Services, Raghunath provided technology and application architecture services at Texas Health and Human Services Commission. He played a key role in the redesign of the HHS Integrated Eligibility Technical Architecture Model.

 

Prior to Gravitant, Raghunath was the Chief Architect at Commerce One/Exterprise. He was a key member of the engineering team responsible for innovation, design and implementation of the industry's first SOA platform. He received one patent as part of this work.

 

Prior to Commerce One, Raghunath worked in several leading global IT product and solution companies, including Candle Corporation, IBM, CBS India, ICL, and TCS. During this time, he built strong technical teams, managed large professional services teams, and delivered industry-leading solutions successfully.

 

Raghunath has an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, India.
