Gravitant cloudMatrix™ Integrations

CloudMatrix publishes a rich set of cloud services and data integration API’s for cloud services providers to deliver services for consumption through the provisioning engines, analytics and governance engines. CloudMatrix also provides integration adapters to traditional data Center management tools. CloudMatrix’s integration portfolio are described below:

  • Virtual Data Center Connectors - Using the popular open-source Jclouds framework, adapters are developed to enable a standard Java interface across multiple cloud providers. These adapters provide interfaces to discover, create, provision, and manage cloud resources for internal data centers and private/public virtual data centers. Working with standard bodies and service providers, these automation APIs are continuously enhanced and modified to meet enterprise requirements.   • Managed Services Connectors - Many other services are needed to provide a complete cloud solution. These value-added services services can be provided by many vendors and enable services such as IT governance, application monitoring, security and identity. CloudMatrix identifies a standard service framework to add these services to cloud operating environment. Services can be searched for, added to sourcing, priced, connected to resources, monitored for availability/utilization, billed, and governed. Example adapters include:
    • Call Center: Cisco HDS, Blue Pumpkin, AT&T
    • Document Center: Kofax
    • Applications: CA Wily, I3, Oracle Enterprise Manager
    • Systems: Hobbit
    • Network: CA Spectrum/eHealth, MRTG, CA NetQoS

  • Integration Appliance - For secure and real time access to enterprise systems behind the firewall, Gravitant offers a unique integration appliance. Deployed in the enterprise, yet still able to access the Gravitant applications and platform in the cloud, the appliance enables the efficient and secure transfer of information between the enterprise and the Gravitant system. It includes adapters, data integration scripts, scheduling scripts, aggregation and correlation business rules, and policy management.
